RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving order. Please read through our return policy below before placing an order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returned items must be unworn and in new condition
- Returned items should be in original packaging and materials including product tag, gift box and all paperwork.
- Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.
- Sales, customized or engraved items are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping and all handling fees are non-refundable.

All shipping and handling fees related to return or exchange item will be the responsibility of the customer under the following circumstances:
- Customer ordered the wrong size.
- Customer does not like the item in person.
- Please inspect your order closely for shipping errors or manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of recipient.

We will cover the back and forth shipping fees by regular mail under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
Please note:
- Customers who had free shipping on their order will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
- Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- Please complete the form under "Submit a Return" page for customer service's review and authorization
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
- When returning an item, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.
