ABOUT MYKAY JEWELRY

Where is your company located? 

Our office is located in Toronto, Canada. All our products are shipped out of this location. We currently do not have a retail location.  

Is MyKay a legit and reliable company?

MyKay Jewelry was founded based on our passion for beautiful, unique and affordable jewelry. We are committed to provide high quality jewelry for your special occasions or as gifts for someone you love. Feel free to read our product reviews, and see for yourself what our customers have to say about products and service. With that being said, yes, we are a responsible, legitimate and honest company!

 

OUR PRODUCTS

What metal material do you use? 

Our jewelry is crafted with plated-base metals ranging from gold, rose gold or silver plating, 18k gold plating and sterling silver (925). All our products meet jewelry standards and are safe to wear.  

Are the stones real diamonds? 

Our products look really "shinny" and gives off an authentic diamond feel. To achieve that our jewelry pieces are crafted with lab created AAA quality cubic zirconia that is designed for durability and extra brilliance.  

Cubic zirconia (CZ) is widely used as an alternative to diamonds. Its sparkle has made it one of our favourite stones to use. 

How do I maintain the jewelry? 

MyKay Jewelry offers high quality jewelry and we know you love them. However, they need to be treated with love and care in order to keep them sparkling for you. We recommend checking out our Jewelry Care guide for simple steps to maintaining our jewelry. Don't forget to use the complimentary cleaning cloth to regularly polish your jewelry.

  

ORDER & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Cash or money order will not be accepted.  

Why isn’t my credit card being accepted? 

Please contact your bank or financial institution to rule out any errors from their perspective. You could try an alternate credit card or use PayPal to finalize your order. If you still have an issue, please contact us by emailing to info@mykay.ca. 

How do I see my order after ordering? 

You can view the status of your orders on the My Account page. You will need to create an account first. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will also notify you via email with tracking information. You can track your order at Order Status

Oops, I made a mistake. How do I make changes to an order? 

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation, please email us immediately at info@mykay.ca with your name, phone number and order number.    

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Who can resist the gift of a sparkle! All our jewelry comes in a luxurious pouch ready for gifting. Except for purchases of ring or bridal set, they come in our velvet cushion lining gift box. Customers have the option to add a luxury gift box to the purchase at a small fee. 

We would be happy to ship the package directly to the recipient for a good surprise! Simple enter their information under shipping address when checking out. 

 

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free shipping within Canada for all orders over $50 before tax. Orders under $50 will be charged a small fee of $7.99.  

How long will my delivery take? 

Once you complete payment for your order, we generally start processing your order within 24 hours. For more information, please see "Shipping & Handling". 

What could delay my order? 

Some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable , we will attempt to dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

 How do I track my order? 

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel. 

What if I have changed my mind about an item? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase please see our refund policy. 

What if my item is damaged or received item that I did not ordered? 

Please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Can I return Sale/Clearance items? 

All promotional or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
